PLACEMENT AND DISPOSITION.

 

      Every man has their place in every phase of life, and we must realise that no other place can a man fit perfectly other than the one meant for him. Yes! At each phase of life, they're uniquely orchestrated to be part of you.

Students love to value other schools than theirs because, in a way, they've seen all that there is about their schools, especially the flaws overshadowing the good aspects. 

 I had an experience which reveals this, as students, everyone has one or two things to say about my school that isn't going well, and begin to rate other schools better, then having to discuss with some students from another school, they think that my school is far better than theirs as they began to re-count the flaws they're exposed to but deep within me, I was just smiling if only this people know what we the students here are also facing.

    We tend to rate other places than where we've found ourselves, thinking they're much better, while others in those places do the same, and this is because we're more conscious of the bad stones in our placement than the good ones.

       

Perhaps you think a family setting is better than yours, know that some people who you're admiring their family setting might also be admiring yours.

    The problem is not our placement, rather, it's about our disposition to the happenings around us. Every placement has its good and bad terrain (in this context, because we know for sure that anywhere God places you is perfect), and being an insider, we have the privilege of seeing the flaws more, which proves the reasons for our existence there, while we choose to ignore the goodness present. The outsiders, on the other hand, see more of the goodness, and they, too, begin to desire other places than theirs.

Stop comparing and complaining. 

Stop it! 

It's not healthy for your growth, success and impact.

    The reason why some Nigerians finds it difficult to break through in the country is not all because of the capsizing economy and other crises, but it's because their disposition and bad judgment are depriving them of finding a successful ground. 

People want a place with a hundred percent perfect terrain. If this should be, then you don't have a reason for existence in that place.

    Let's stop capitalizing on the flaws but focus on the good stones and use them to rebuild and correct the flaws.

You are where you are because you have a quota to play towards its development and success; they're not perfect, believe me, and that's why you must get it right.

Changing placement is not always the solution, as it may render you a person with no impact when you get to that admired empire because you don't have a place to function there.

     You have a place where you alone perfectly fit in each placement in your journey in life, don't exchange or relocate because that's where the influence of your existence can be maximally impacted.

Have a good disposition and a good sense of judgment to make your placement a better place.
