WHO OWES WHO?

"You say, 'no one is picking my calls, those uncles and aunties are not caring.' Really! Let me ask you, how many calls of help have you responded to? He that has nothing to give is not fit to receive."

Have you ever lived with a mentality such as, some people or relatives owe you their commitment? 

I guess that mentality is not a perfect one because no one, I mean, no one owes you a dime of their commitment.

 If anyone extends their commitment towards you, count it a privilege and not a right. No matter how little you might think it is, it's a big deal. So never trash any commitment that you think is not meeting your needs; rather, embrace it and see how you can maximise it to meet your needs.

However, the other side of the coin is that, do you know you owe your generation a lot of commitment and impart?

Yes, you do!

Your existence must contribute to society and not drain the society.

How good it would be if most people lived with this sense, then the society would be a better place, but some people think, others or society owe them without them having anything to offer to relieve the burden of others.

People of such no matter how much they receive they are like the dead sea; they are never satisfied, appreciative or do they contribute positively.


You want to be a blessing and impart lives and not be a liability to the society, then live with this mentality and it will shape your attitude to life generally.

It was as though the statement "no one owes you a dime of their commitment" rang a bell in my brain.😀
The word "Dime" was really the game changer!.

        A ll that surrounds the survival of humanity pushes us into running even without knowing what's setting us on a race, nor do we know how to run effectively, nor the end to which we're running. All we know is that we must run.   L eadership is a great responsibility that only those who have given themselves to be rightly prepared are truly fit to take up the task; hence, it's not a position for frivolity. We know there are various leaders, but here my references are to true leaders.
