THE JOY OF SALVATION.

 1.  Knowing the joy that comes from salvation is a wonderful experience worth talking about,

For Jesus died for us, and our sins were washed away;

I tell you in absolute truthfulness; the joy is so overwhelming, rising from within,

An ecstasy beyond mortal's expression - capturing the entirety of our being,

An unlimited in-flow and out-flow, transcending to life beyond the earthly realm;

Oh! The joy of drinking deeply from the Fountain of Salvation.

  2. Do you want an experience of this joy unspeakable, accompanied by great peace of mind?

Alacritous! An urgent necessity to visit the Calvary,

And behold the Lamb; Jesus Christ, the saviour,

With His outstretched arms of love, ready to embrace you

As He hung and died on the Cross, saying,

"I died, rose from the dead, and live forever so you can have life in abundance."

Open your heart to Him this day, that He may find abode and reign therein,

For He keeps saying, "Behold, I’m standing at the door, knocking.

If your heart is open to hearing my voice and you open the door within,

I will come in and feast with you, and you will feast with me."

And in like manner, as the Ethiopian eunuch, who embraced

Christ sacrificial love, and went on his way rejoicing;

So you'll, rejoicing all day long, as you embrace His love.

3.   Salvation, a fountain, springing to life eternal, free to all, a healing stream.

Is anyone thirsty? Come and drink—even if you have no money!

Come, it's all free.

If only you know what a wonderful gift God has for you,

And who Jesus is, you'd ask Him for the living water,

For that which He gives, becomes a perpetual spring within,

Watering forever to life eternal.

 4.  Have you gotten to experience the joy of salvation but were lost; due to sin,

Confess your wrongs, because He's faithful and just to forgive and cleanse you of all iniquity. The necessity for this is that—sin cut a man from God's presence, as it was with Adam and Eve. And the joy of salvation can only be continually experienced when you're intimately abiding in His presence.

The Psalmist perfectly understood this as he cried out, "cast me not away from your presence, and take not your Holy Spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of salvation; and sustain me with a willing spirit".

Come! Return to Him [the giver of joy] and experience the joy in an unbroken fellowship.

 You have let me experience the joys of life and the exquisite pleasures of your eternal presence - Psalms 16:11(LB).

                   Oh! The joy of drinking deeply from the Fountain of Salvation.
