Some are ignorant of that which is to liberate them and to as many that know, they're limited in their understanding but believe in the transformation that will be birth forth as the writings are as of a ready writer.

   Life is full of "hila-hilos" — ups and downs, and we're responsible for whatever we make out of these seasons. We're encouraged when things are working out according to our plans and discouraged when things happen otherwise.         A ll that surrounds the survival of humanity pushes us into running even without knowing what's setting us on a race, nor do we know how to run effectively, nor the end to which we're running. All we know is that we must run. Humanity in different phases of life is constantly being set in a race by different factors, which include: parents' desires, society, the educational system, and peer pressure, to mention but a few, and there seems to be no end to this frantic race.    Have you ever asked yourself these questions before:    • Why am I running?    • Where am I heading?    • How do I run effectively?    If you can't adequately provide substantial answers to those questions, you're at the mercy of the pressures posed to you by the factors listed above.           WHY AM I RUNNING?    I'm running because I know there's a vision before me.   L eadership is a great responsibility that only those who have given themselves to be rightly prepared are truly fit to take up the task; hence, it's not a position for frivolity. We know there are various leaders, but here my references are to true leaders. Leaders doesn't emerge over the night, they've gone through building processes over the years through which they've had series of tearing and mending, rejection and acceptance, discouragement and upliftment, tears and happiness, agony and relief, yet they kept the focus in their hearts knowing the scars at each checkpoint is a healing balm to those following.   Leaders are not self-centred, such that even in their downtime, they find courage to strengthen the feeble knees.  They go all out with so much compassion and intentionality, with no sense of gain to attend to as many in need of help.
