   PURPOSE - WHAT DO YOU CELEBRATE; DISCOVERY OR FULFILLMENT?



   Here is the picture of a man in an ultimate search for a key that opens a door of a treasure store. With thorough and diligent search, this man discovered where the key was hidden only for him to sit back and weep for joy and thereafter began proclaiming his discovery to the world losing the sense to fulfill the purpose of his discovery. 

   This is nothing compared to a man who is yet to discover his key in life. Discovering and fulfilling purpose in life are quite different but many having discovered their purpose became overwhelmed with their discovery and came short of its fulfillment. 

   How long will you celebrate your discovery and match it to the fulfillment of that which you've discovered? Don't forget your fulfillment of purpose is time-bound. 

     Jesus, after discovering His purpose on earth went with a focused eye toward Jerusalem to fulfill His purpose. Even when people were celebrating Him and are ready to crown Him king, He fled. He wouldn't give in to the flattery of men but go unto the fulfillment of His Messianic quest. 


   Arise! Don't just celebrate your purpose discovery but rather work towards the fulfillment for therein lies the real and true celebration.

        A ll that surrounds the survival of humanity pushes us into running even without knowing what's setting us on a race, nor do we know how to run effectively, nor the end to which we're running. All we know is that we must run.   L eadership is a great responsibility that only those who have given themselves to be rightly prepared are truly fit to take up the task; hence, it's not a position for frivolity. We know there are various leaders, but here my references are to true leaders. Leaders doesn't emerge over the night, they've gone through building processes over the years through which they've had series of tearing and mending, rejection and acceptance, discouragement and upliftment, tears and happiness, agony and relief, yet they kept the focus in their hearts knowing the scars at each checkpoint is a healing balm to those following.   Leaders are not self-centred, such that even in their downtime, they find courage to strengthen the feeble knees.  They go all out with so much compassion and intentionality, with no sense of gain to attend to as many in need of help.
